Ok, Im turning 16 in 2 months or so, I just have some lower belly fat, love handles, and some bum fat. Im a 5'10 GUY and 164 lbs. I really want to lose this lower belly fat and love handles by the end of June, so i can look good in the summer. Its not a lot of fat, but its still there and covers my lower abs. Anyways, what are some workouts that I can do at home with dumbbells, and no bench, that burns fat fast, and makes me gain muscle? I cannot run iutside, as the weather is really bad, so i have to stay indoorss. can you please give me a great workout, or link? thanks

for muscle it takes months and months to see a difference and thats with intense workouts and impecable diet. but losing weight is easy.

1lb of bodyfat is about 4000calories.

because u say u have love handles ill asume you eat about 2500 calories a day. if you reduce it by 500 and walk for half an hour you burn 650 calories, which is more than 1lb every 4 days.

heres a basic cardio chart for 1 hour

walking 300cal
jogging 600 cal
running 900 cal

I think you should get an exercise ball to help you strengthen those core, stomach, muscles and help you reduce your belly fat. Some of these balls come with their own exercises and perhaps even a dvd of exercises. Don't forget to do cardio as well because cardio is what is going to burn the fat.
