Okay... What's the healthiest thing I can eat for a snack?!

Question: Okay... What's the healthiest thing I can eat for a snack?
What I ate today:
breakfast: quarter of a bagel (100 calories)+coffee (100 calories)
lunch: vanilla greek yogurt (110 calories) + water.
dinner: planning on having vegetarian chile.

So I want to have a snack, what's the healthiest thing I can have? I was thinking some fruit... would an apple be okay? Do they have a lot of natural sugar? What about cereal (we have like an organic version of cheerios)? I probably wouldn't have it with milk because I already had yogurt and I will probably have milk with dinner.

I want something with not too many calories (maybe 100-200), very little fat, and that will make me actually feel full and enough nutrition.
Help?

Answers:

Fruit and veggies have the most nutrition. I am very worried about you. You need to at least have 1500 calories a day for your body and brain to function. If you are not eating enough calories your body will think it is starving. You should be eating plenty of fruits, veggies. whole grains. low fat dairy and nuts for protien. Try eating whole wheat toast with all natural peanut butter and a banana for breakfast, then for lunch have a salad, snack on a hand full of nuts and finally for dinner have vegetarian chile. This way you get the nutrition without the fat. I wish you well.

An apple would be great, or maybe some carrot sticks? Or any type of veggie or fruit.

Boiled egg white with salt and pepper
