Question: Gym users, what would you think is a good cardio workout?

Interval training is the best for pure fat-burning. No matter what you choose for cardio - running, biking, swimming, etc. - you can incorporate interval training for great results!
Example: On a bike, go hard for 60 seconds before returning to a moderate effort level for 90 seconds and repeat and vary for 30-45 minutes.

Group aerobics classes and swimming are good. Kickboxing is great. The elliptical and treadmill are good as long as you put forth effort to get your heart rate up.
Everyone has something different they claim is the best. Just find something you enjoy that will get your heart rate up and moving with moderate intensity for at least half an hour several times a week.
