What should I have for dinner if I'm trying to lose weight?!


Question: What should I have for dinner if I'm trying to lose weight?
I'm 18 years old, trying to lose 15 pounds in a month.
I ran 8 miles today and had a banana for breakfast and a chicken salad, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber wrap on whole wheat. What should I have for dinner?

Answers:

An Egg White omlette, with lots of veggies. Fruit bowl, Salad, and air popped popcorn for a snack.



hey am ida for my opinion you should't eat more then your body wants you to. since you already had breakfast and fruit now you should try to stay away from food and not thinkin about what you always want for lunch or dinner. good luck..........

Have a piece of fish, any kind will do, with some green beans, broccoli, or asparagus. Bake the fish in the oven and steam the veggies.



thick fried greasy chicken, with buttery mashed potatoes and greasy collard greens....oh and a salad.



Ramen noodles!!!
