Question: Will I gain weight/get fat?
Today I've already had: two bowls of bran buds with milk, a mocha coffee, applesauce, carrots, a granola bar, chilly cheese fries, a king size 3 musketeers bar, 3 chocolate chip cookies, a bag of sour cream and onion chips, vitamin water, white cheddar popcorn.
This is what I have been eating on an average day. Will this make me gain weight or become chubby? I'm a female, 5'4 and 140 pounds, I don't exercise much and my jeans have been fitting tighter but if I just exercise a little will I be fine and can I still eat the same?

Answers:

Remember, don't expect to be able to exercise and eat whatever and how much you want. You want to stabilize a weight, you have to have a balance of calories in, calories out. Simple. If you find that you are gaining weight, just exercise more and moderate your portions. And also, what you're eating isn't exactly healthy and you'll have the most energy with a healthy, active lifestyle- but only the calories matter in terms of weight loss. So yeah, you CAN eat what you are eating now, just eat less if you don't want to gain weight.



gain weight, the only good things that you are eating are the bran buds, carrots.....and that"s basically it. I suggest that you star to eat a lot more healthier if you want to loose weight, not gain it.



You will begin to despise what you see in the mirror if you keep this up. Clean up your diet ASAP if you don't want to get fat.
