Question: Does this honestly sound like alot of food in one day?
Breakfast: 5 grapes-15 calories

Lunch: A Diet Snapple-+5 cals is 20 calories

A small stick of gum, no fat and 5 calories, total so far being 25 calories. I also had a poptart, 1 pastry, which is 200 calories. So far thats 225 cals.

Dinner: One taco salad with organic tortilla chips, meat, lettuce, guacamole, and taco sauce. Im not sure how many calories this is......but Im guessing alot?? Im DEFINITELY not trying to get attention. I just normally eat alot, so Im trying to cut back and lose some weight. Im 14, 5'5, and about 116 lbs?

First that's not enough calories. First find a bmr calculator to tell you the minimum cals you should be burning or as a quick calc multiply your weight by 10. You need at least this much to keep your body going as this is the amount of calories you burn just being alive. Your body would burn this even if you were in a coma. Also reverse the order in which you eat as much. So eat the biggest meal in the morning and then as the day goes along reduce meal size that or eat equal size meals all day. Your body needs the most when waking up so less of it goes to weight and fat, while if you eat a huge dinner you have that in your body when you go to sleep which it then needs to burn off, instead of burning off the fat during night it has to burn off the calories in your dinner.



That's really annoying... You only 14, your skinny and have the rest of your life to diet. Stuff your face and enjoy, if your insecure hop on a freaking treadmill but dont starve yourself. Anyway your better off eating a bigger meal for breakfast instead of dinner... so you have time to burn the calories throughout the day.



That's an average weight for someone your age and height. Honestly I have to say I eat a lot more than that so it's not like you ate a lot. Just don't worry about it. Hope I helped :)
