Tips and advice how to lose 10-15 pounds?!


Question: Tips and advice how to lose 10-15 pounds?
I'm 5'6 and I weigh 140 my measurements are 36DD-28-37 and I wanna lose 10 to 15 pounds.

What are some advise on how to lose it?
I'm not in any rush.

Also what are some eating tips?

And what are some exercises to do at home?

Answers:

you should wear an old sweater (but not ripped) while the work out to lose weight because you lose more weight by sweating more. before eating anything try and eat a fruit even a peace of fruit such as an apple because you attain all the vitamins from the food you ate after. you should run, do pull-ups, push-ups, jump rope (stuff that make you sweat a lot). try to drink a whole gallon every day because it cleans out everything in your stomach and helps you digest faster.

a really big thing is DON'T eat enriched white flour anything like white bread white tortillas or anything white rice, sour cream also don't eat/drink anything in really high carbs or sugar Sodas,pasta, I'm not saying you can't have any of this just don't eat to much or have portion control

and finally just some decent exercise every person above the ages of 10+ should have at least 60 minutes of physical activity it doesn't have to be vigorous just some light to moderate exercise

Been dieting for almost 3 weeks now



Don't drink much water.....no milk or juice of any type....and stay off the pop......eat 3 meals per day made up of fresh fruit, fresh veggies, and wheat bread. Zero snacking after dinner. Walking fast for 30 minutes each day will bring it off. Stick to these examples and I bet you'll lose at least 5 lbs per week. Lose 15 lbs. in 30 days.....but only if you stick to this sample plan.
