You have to make your goals specific, do you want to lose fat or lose muscle. I assume it's fat, so in that case you have to realize that there is no such thing as spot fat removal, if you are doing sprints (great cardio conditioning) then you are going to naturally get slimmer in all areas of the body as long as you have good nutrition and portion control. If you want to lose muscle (I don't see any reason to) then you are fine because without resistance training you are most likely going to maintain or lose a little muscle over time (nothing drastic in 2 months though). So the answer is yes, your thighs will be slimmer and you don't really need arm-specific exercises to lose arm fat just regular cardio.
