I suggest you reduce your consumption of carbohydrates and don't consume soft drinks and get some regular aerobic exercise



Eat 1200 calories a day.

Only eat veggies, fruit and protein.

Drink at least 3 litres of water per day (it will help you lose weight)

The more exercise you do the more water you should drink because you lose a lot of water through exercising.

If possible break up your exercising during the day.

Quick intense workouts are the best, especially if you dont have much time.

I like bike riding, running/sprinting and skipping the most.

Using any sort of weights will help you lose weight and tone faster.

Celery is a great snack because each stalk only contains 5 calories.

If you think you are hungry and its not time to eat try to drink a glass or 2 of water. If you are still hungry eat some celery or a piece of fruit.

Eating 6 small meals a day is better than eating 3 large meals a day. It also helps the hunger; so less snacking on bad foods and making bad food choices.

You need to burn 3500 calories to lose 1 pound.

Diet and exercise are key! But do not starve yourself because nothing will work because you wont have the energy to exercise. Don't get mad if you gain a few pounds because you will also be building muscle and that weighs more than fat. Also try to try to eat veggies and fruits and stay away from high carbed foods and high in sugar/fat foods.



What I usually do is go to the gym and run on the treadmill for about 15 minutes. Doing that keeps my heart rate up. After I lift some weights; after lifting for about 15-20 minutes I see results in just a week!
