Question: How different will I look if I lose 10 pounds? How much will I lose by May?
How much do you think I'll lose by May if I do this?
Eat healthy: Boiled eggs, Fish, Vegetables, Fruits, Nuts, etc.
Work out at least 30 minutes a day.

I'm 15, 5'2, 116 pounds, female. I'm trying to lower my body fat percentage. :/
And how noticeable do you think it'll be?

How different you will look varies. Some people are very big, and losing 10 pounds isn't really all that noticeable. Whereas with your situation, you seem like a regular size, so losing ten pounds will probably be pretty noticeable. For example, I've lost about 5 pounds in the past few weeks, and people have already said that my face looks thinner and my stomach is less... um, bulgy :P.
I can't be sure of how much you will lose by May. It all depends on how much on average you have been losing each week so far. I mean, if you've been losing around 2 pounds each week, then by May, you would have lost about another 8 pounds. :). But this all depends on if you continue eating healthily and making sure that you increase the intensity of your workouts because you should be getting stronger, so your body will be getting used to your normal workouts, and you will burn less calories if you continue doing the same one for months on end. :D



if you lose 10 lbs...you will notice your face looking thinner first of all and then you will notice your belly slightly thinner.

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)



to be honest you will not really notice 10 pounds that much Ive lost 4 stone from july 2010, It was only when I lost about 2stone that I really noticed. and others started to notice. I find weight watchers really good and I work out 4/5 times a week :) good luck



Sounds like a good plan & when you make boiled eggs, don't eat the yolk (or at least don't eat most of it)
