how can i lose weight by the summer?!


Question: How can i lose weight by the summer?
i want to lose 5-10 pounds by summer (or around then). I'm consuming about 1000-1400 calories a day. what are good at home exercises that i can do to flatten my stomach and shrink my thighs? are their certain foods or meal plans i should follow to help me? i am a really picky eater so something that is easy to follow!

With only 1000-1400 calories daily and low fat intake(just don't look at calories) 5-10lbs will be gone in less than a month or two. Just check the packages of the foods you do like eating but honestly as long as its not fast food or fried foods and you eat in proportions you can eat anything just not alot of it.

Situps are still the best thing for the stomach as far as your thighs it sad for a guy to hear a girl say she wants to shrink them!! lol
