If you just watch what you eat, eat reasonable portions, try to avoid a lot of salt/sugar, you can really not only lose weight but be healthier. I lost 10-15 lbs by watching my portion sizes and cutting pop out completely. But don't skip meals because it lowers your metabolism and you definitely need to eat enough calories per day, just not too much. They have sea salt crackers that are really good. Fruits and veggies are obviously good choices. Salads are always a healthy option minus the dressing, or light dressing. I usually eat some multi grain toast w/ PB in the morning with a breakfast shake. But really, watching what you eat + exercising is the best combo. Good luck!



breakfast cereal or oatmeal with fruit
mid snack fruit
lunch lots of veggies chicken and other lean meat try to not eat to much complex carbs if you arent active
dinner eat early around 4 30 - 5 veggies some fruit lean meat

and dont eat anything 2-4 hours before you sleep helps lose belly fat



Im on Weight watchers and have lost 10 lbs in just a couple of weeks! Its recommended to eat lots of fruits, vegetables, water, and lean protein in moderation. and exercise of course!
