Eat healthy: Boiled eggs, Fish, Vegetables, Fruits, Nuts, etc.
Work out at least 30 minutes a day.

I'm 15, 5'2, 116 pounds, female. I'm trying to lower my body fat percentage. :/
And how noticeable do you think it'll be?

Answers:

depends on the workout and how much you sleep. You seem to be off to a good start. If I have to make a guess, maybe 6-8 lbs.
