Question: Whats the fastest way to tone your stomach?
I got about 2months till summer and I HAVE to get my stomach looking better or I refuse to wear a bathing suit. It's not fat or anything, I weigh 120 and I'm 5'7. It's just I never work out cause I never thought I needed it cause I'm so skinny. But my stomach just looks kinda chubby cause I don't work out and I don't eat that healthy, hah and It looks bad when I sit down. So what's the fastest way to improve my stomach?

Reduce your calories to no less than 1,400 per day. Eat 5 to 6 smaller meals every day eating every 2.5 to 3 hours. Every meal needs a lean protein source. For breakfast have a serving of a good whole grain carb and another within the 3 hours of post workout. All other meals eat crunchy green veggies, before bed have a serving of low fat cottage cheese. That is 80% of it. 10% do 3 ab exercises 3 sets each 2 times a week. Do 16 minutes of HIIT cardio once a day, and the last month do hiit cardio twice a day.
Start your calories at 1900 per day after two weeks 1800, keep reducing every two weeks until you are down to 1400.

you need to do penlty of cardio like jumping jacks.jump rope.running ect . before doing mostly any abs workout hopefully you see results
