Question: Random Question: How to get abs?
Lol no, I'm not fat, i'm just curious as to what people will say. My lacrosse coach inspired me to ask thi question... She made us do superman for 3 minutes! Talk about feeling the burn!

Haha or football Coach makes us do supermans while holding dumbells :/ anyway, planks really work your core and push ups do some good, believe it or not.

My coach who was a body builder for 18 years and is very muscular



if your already skinny enough.. all you need to do is do lots of ab excersises and eat the right foods ... The abdominal muscles are very hard to define enough to a point where they stick out .. but they are one of the easiest muscles to strengthen .. because you have to use youtr abdominals to do just about anything.. for muscle builduing i suggest doing v-sits, plank, roman chair sit ups, elevated v sits, crunches, normal sit ups... and lots of running .. and stretching and plenty of rest. P.s then after all that maybe youll have abs like bruce lee ... you never know ;)



1. proper diet
2. cardio
3. resistance training
