How many calories have I ate today?!

Question: How many calories have I ate today?
Well for breakfast I had...
-Two waffles (with syrup). Not soaked up in syrup though.
-An apple
- One glass of milk

Lunch:
- 2 slices of bread with some ham and lettuce
- One glass of juice
- One banana

Dinner:
Rice (pretty big bowl. The size of two or three handfuls of rice? ) I have this everyday.
Vegetables and meat as side dishes. Also around a handful of each.

Snacks:
-Had a pack of ramen (which says 480 calories..ugh)
-Half a box of strawberries
-A smoothie blended with 3 apples and some orange juice.

I tried added it up but it's actually quite a lot.

Answers:

I'd approximate each waffle to be about 150 calories, totaling 300. Again, this may depend depending on what brand you get, etc.
The syrup... eh, maybe 50-100?
Apple: about 100
Milk: 150, depending on whether it's whole or reduced fat.
Breakfast: 600-650 calories

Each slice of bread is about 100-120, so 200? The ham and lettuce will bump that up to a 300.
Juice: 150 calories, depending on what kind
Banana: 110 calories
Lunch: 560 calories

Rice: About 200 calories
Veggies/meat: 150 calories
Dinner: 350 calories

Ramen: 480 calories
Strawberries: Not sure how big a box is, however each strawberry is about 5 calories... so 10 strawberries x 5 = 50 calories?
Smoothie: Again, not sure, I approximate 250-300
Snacks: 830 calories

Total: 2390.

With this being said, you are at a perfectly healthy weight for your age, maybe even underweight. My suggestion is to BUILD MUSCLE and not lose any pounds. You definitely need to change your habits. You have a very high metabolism if you're able to consume this much daily and stay at the weight you're at, but even so you should try to exercise as often as you can. I am certain you can fit in a little exercise even with your schedule. Try running stairs for about 10 minutes, I guarantee that will wear you out. Do push-ups. Spend less time doing things like answering questions here. You have much more time than you think.
Your diet is not good for your activity level. For a person who works out daily it's great, if not you should cut down despite the fact that you don't weigh much. My suggestion: get the ramen out of your diet as well as the smoothie and juices. Replace that with fruit and a light drink such as water or even Almond Milk if desired. Juices also have a lot of added sugars despite the fruit, and you've blended the juice with the smoothie. Try to eat only natural sugars, which is found in fruits, etc.

I totaled it as 2000 calories.
