Question: If it's water weight around the abs and not fat, how fast would the belly get flatter?
I'm thinking of drinking a lot of water before bedtime. We burn most of our fat at night during sleep, so I figured I'd give this method a try.

This might sound strange but if you intake more water like 1 fl oz. for every lbs. you weight it can help you get rid of water weight. Our body stores water because we are not in taking enough water when we in take the proper amount our body will not feel the need to store water.
