Question: I don't work out because, im afraid that It will not work and give me results, Will this give me results?
im aiming to lose about 7kg. (roughly 16pounds)

will a punching bag do this? if i throw in combos, and kicks, punches elbows, moving around.
it does berak up alot of sweat and it does exhaust me. if i do my combos, get exhausted, than rest, than do my combos again get exhausted. if i did this 4 days a week, monday tuesday, thursday friday. is it enough to lost about 7kg of unwanted body fat?

assuming i don't eat alot of crappy foods.

don't eat carbs before bed, drink lots of water and milk, and get plenty of sleep and you should see progress.

Well if you dont do anything then you wont be afraid but also stay the same.

Best thing to do is cardio and healthy diet, which by the way a healthy diet includes eating a wide variety of foods, meats, dairies, breads (yes breads), and healthy fats (yes fats also).

Your suggested workout is fine but for better results you need to change up your exercises, not only to engage different micro muscles but also to avoid the plateau effect.

Have you ever tried yoga? I suggest incorporating it at least once a week, its a hardcore workout, believe me!

Also dont forget that both stretching and rest are crucial to maximize results.

Maybe in the arms you will lose weight and gain mucle but your core will not change much u probably won't lose all the pounds



and do some jogging/biking to help yourself along :)
