Question: How long should I use punching bag per day? *using elbow, kicks, feet, stance, punching* i feel myself exhaust?
Answers:
practice combos.. example: left punch, left, right, left, left, right then after throw an elbow or left/right elbow then 2 punches and mix up kicks with everything: right kick, right punch, left punch
and randomly chuck and jive/dodge.. but do this till you feel exhausted then take a break then continue or do it for like 10-15 mintues at a comfortable pace :D
i use the heavy bag alot hhaa
Find a nice pace and keep hitting the bag and your endurance and stamina will build up. Good luck.
depends on what kind of shape you are already in. You could start out with 20 minutes?
