How much weight can/should I lose?!

Question: How much weight can/should I lose?
My life is seperated into two parts: pre-depression, where I was an active, slim handsome little thing; and post-depression, where I am now a paunchy, jiggly slob.

About a year ago I put on three stone in four months through laziness, bad eating, and stress. Now, after I've had a little bit of time to reform, I feel ready to lose some weight again. I've already started exercising (weight training, walking) and dieting. At the moment (as of this morning) I weigh 11st 8.2lbs (162lbs). I was considering dropping three stone in four months; you know, to kind of reverse my weight gain. But I now I'm thinking about maybe 9 stone-ish. I'm a seventeen year old boy of average build, I don't know if that would make a great deal of difference...

Thanks in advance. :D

hi there, I've been having a weight problem for so many years that it seemed hopeless. I was taking all kinds of stuff. Until a friend suggested this method, I was a bit skeptical at first but I felt there was nothing to lose. I saw results after 1 week, but I felt great. After that first drop of weight, which was such a confident booster, I worked on eating right to continue to keep the weight off. I couldn't be happier. I hope this helps others out there: eloseweightsite.tk
