Is there any tv channels that have fitness "videos" airing all day, or!
Question: Is there any tv channels that have fitness "videos" airing all day, or at certain times?
I know that some channels, in the past, have had fitness workout times, but very very early in the morning...Just wondering if there are anything like that for all day, or at least not as early.
I have DirecTv, and get all channels except the HD and movie channels...any help would be great...
And if not, are there any reputable websites (free) that have this...
I hate just buying dvd's, and then when I get bored of THAT workout routine, have to turn around and buy another one to keep things new and not make me just want to sit back down on the couch :)
