why am i not losing weight!?!


Question: Why am i not losing weight!?
I'm eating 1200 calories everyday and excising 30 mins - 1 hour 5x a week on the elliptical

I lost like 10 pounds by doing this, but now I've been stuck at this weight for two weeks ):

I'm 15, 5'3, and 130 pounds.. What can I do to keep losing weight? this is annoying me haha

Just keep at it. You seem to have hit a plateau. I hit a plateau after losing 10 lbs for about three weeks or so. I didn't give up, just kept doing what I was doing, and finally broke through the plateau and am once again losing. I know it gets discouraging, trust me I know, but I decided I wasn't going to give up or get down over it, since I wasn't gaining anything, just staying the same. Finally, I started losing again. Maybe since you are doing your elliptical for 30 mins-1 hour, maybe increase the minimum to 45 minutes instead of 30 minutes.



I'm not sure if you should be loseing weight at 15 and you don't evan sound fat 130 pounds at your hieght is not fat is it? I don't know if your from uk or usa or where eva but what size are you? Like I'm in uk I'm a very big size 24 but that's me I'm guessing from 130 pounds your a what 12 or 14 maybe less... If you are you don't need to lose weight just manetaining it is good sorry can't spell that well :-p I'd love to be a size 14 I was at 15 lol I don't know what happened! I had kids sighh hehe



you might want to increase the intensity of your workout
