30 pounds in 5 weeks...?!


Question: 30 pounds in 5 weeks...?
I work out 90 minutes a day 5-6 days a week now and am starting Nutrisystem (getting my food) on Monday.

Answers:

A lot more cardio than weight lifting, you wanna sweat, once you hit your goal then work out to build muscle, remember fat builds on top of muscle. Other wise it sounds good, my dad did it in about 3 or 4 weeks.



You will become sick if you try that.
To lose 30 pounds of fat, the proper way, will take you at least 6-8 months of consistency. Hate to burst your easy bubble.

If you lose 30 lbs in 5 weeks you will most likely gain it back in half the time.
