Question: Should Jillian kick your butt *this* much?
I got the DVD titled Six pack in Six Weeks. I knew it was going to be intense, but my GOSH, I had no idea I would be THIS sore. Seriously, it's all I can do to climb the stairs in my house now. I dread it everytime I have to up or down them and I find myself actually avoiding them, LOL. So pathetic, I know.

I'm the most sore in my upper legs & thighs. My lower back and lower abdomen are fairly sore, but not nearly as much as the legs/thighs. Does that sound weird for an ab workout?

Your upper legs: you're actually talking about your hip flexors, and that is a really common place to get sore in an ab or core workout. Thighs are a great place to be sore because that is a big muscle group that burns a lot of caloies.

You'll get far less sore as you continue in the program. The first week is always the hardest. By week six you'll hardly be sore at all and the stairs will be nothing to fear.

Sounds like you're really putting into the program! Way to get after it, that enthusiasm is what will give you your results. Keep after it and make sure you're eating right or you're just spinning your wheels.



Yeah weight loss is hard. Your muscles need to rebuild! Why rush? Just take it slow. Try putting it down for a little bit, like a week or so. Getting a six pack isn't simple, nothing involving working out is! And besides, you don't need a six pack. Girls shouldn't have that stuff X_X but anyways...!!! I wish you good luck on this. Just forget it, working out is hard but you don't need to tackle it THAT fast!

I cant seem to lose the fat on top of my abdominal muscle, regardless of how extreme the exercise I do or how complicated my cutting back with diet, (no starving myself please). There has to be an easier solution, cuz the fat over the stomach just won't give in. So I tried so many things, and I found this 2 weeks ago. This technique is awesome. I tried it for 2 wks and lo and behold the six-pack is starting to appear, Wow! in 1 more month & I'm pretty sure I will have the full six-pack, wish me plenty of luck!
