Question: How to tone up and get more muscle? help me plsss?
Im turning 16 in two months. Im a guy, 5'10, about 163 lbs. I just have some lower belly fat and love handles, and a bit of bum fat, its not a lot tho, my main problem is prlly my love handles. Anyways, i just signed up for a gym. Im planning on going every second day or so. I hink I mainly just need to lift weights and tone up and get more muscle, what do you think?
Also, what should I do at the gym, to look better, a bit slimmer, and nicer for the summer, bu the end of June?. I dno what to do, pleae gimme workouts that give results fast, i wanna be ripped asap, thx

Answers:

Use weights in reps of 8, 10, 12. This is the standard way of building muscle tissue, but make sure you are exercise all the muscle groups (chest, shoulders, back, arms, abdomen and legs, to name the main ones).

I would also use a mixture of these exercises: Crunches, Push-ups, Side Lateral Raise, Curls, Bench press, Squats, Lateral Raises, Chins, Side Lateral Raise, Dumb-bell Curls, Hyperextensions, Shoulder Presses, Leg Raises, Seated Leg Push and V-Crunches. But remember to exercise all the major muscle groups so have a variety of different exercises.



Better plan, better way, easier than trying to have more will power.
