Should I be losing weight?!
Question: Should I be losing weight?
I'm a 13 year old girl, around 150cm and 50 kilos.
I train for soccer 4 times a week for around an hour and play on the weekends.
I work out, lunges, sit ups, push ups etc. and ride my bike.
But I don't seem to be losing any weight, especially around my hips and thighs.
Any help?

Alyssa, first of all 110 lbs is a perfectly healthy weight for your height, 4' 11". Secondly, you're 13! You live a very healthy lifestyle, and you're body is still developing and changing. Be a kid! Don't worry about your body image so much, you're lucky just to be healthy and driven. Also, you'll find out as you get older that most guys don't like little twigs. Guys like a woman with curves.
