Question: Should i stop exercising or keep going even though my legs are sore?
i neverrrrrrr work out. ever. and three days ago i did this jillian michaels dvd workout where i did a bunch of squats and MAN my legs are soooo sore. they hurt to walk up the steps and even walk too fast. sitting on the toilet is hell.
i stretched before so i dont think it's anything bad.
so should i keep doing the workout or should i stop until my legs aren't sore anymore?

you are more likely to get an injury if you train while you are sore (still recovering). you need yo rest and train again when they dont hurt. As you do more training this rest time will decrease and you will not feel as sore and tired after exercise
