Question: I have a big butt and hips, whats the best way to lose fat there?
i use the gym stepper, treadmill, and elliptical trainer, will this help, would lunges and squat help to?

Lots and lots of cardio. Every single day, even if it's just for 20-30 minutes. Do square and lunges about 3-4x a week.
