How do I improve my fitness?!


Question: How do I improve my fitness?
I'm 13 and play soccer quite competitively but my fitness is holding me back.
Me coach says to not do too much strenous excercise so as not to strain myself.
Any ideas?

- wind sprints, sprint repeats, run hills, etc.

- P90x
- Insanity...google it, get it. This is the most intense workout ever put on tape
- other forms of boot camp workouts

Many personal trainer friends, fitness buffs (male and female), and bodybuilder types. Myself, have been training personally for 13+ years
