Question: To effectively exercise, do you have to be overheated ? Pls read ?
I want to exercise inside (with AirConditioning) by using a skipping rope. And I'm wondering will I still be working my body out as good as I could, if I was outside in the heat.

well i Like to sweat, only because i heard that sweat is kicking out alot of bad fluids in your body. i assume it is so, :/
but people go to the gym, which is airconditions, and there stationairy bike have fans in the wheels, which cools you off. and lots of people excersise in the winter. i don't think there is a difference at all.
maybe with airconditioning, you will have a longer duration, cause you won't be as uncomfortable, so quickly. so there you go.



you do not have to be overheated to get a good workout. working out in AC would be much more comfortable than being outside, but there is no adding benefit other than your comfort level.
