How do i use an excercise *stationary* bike?!
Question: How do i use an excercise *stationary* bike?
I am 5ft11 *roughly 178 - 181cm*
i weigh 183pounds *rougly 83kg*
i am 19years old, and a male.
i am not too much overweight, but i am not fit, i am very unfit.
for a beginner, how can i use my stationary bike. do i put it on a hard setting, and excersise like crazy until i am forced to stop, than i rest, than do it again as far as i can. and repeat this for 8minutes.
or can i put it on very low setting *setting 1 out of 10.* and ride it very slowly for 30minutes.
or medium setting *about 4 out of 10* and ride it very normal pace.

I'd suggest riding it at a harder pace but not crazy.
