I can't do diet, how can I motivate myself?!


Question: I can't do diet, how can I motivate myself?
I like eating without counting calories or thinking, I don't eat too much but sometimes I wake up at night and eat chocolate :( I am not that fat but chubby and I should lose weight but I'm not up to, and not motivated at all! how can I get started? something to make me go for the challenge...

Why do you want to loose the weight?
Is it for a holiday? Wedding? Wanting to fit in? Want to look fit? Make guys turn their heads?
You won't loose weight until you know WHY you want to loose weight.
Stick to your 3 meals a day, you breakfast should be the biggest meal while dinner should be the smallest. You don't need to count calories but just be sensible, cut out things like fries, ice cream and full fat things.
When you want to eat the chocolate tell yourself WHY you want to lose weight, drink a glass of water instead or something like a low calorie cereal bar. Just make small changes to your life style and watch the pounds drop :-)



Feeling the little wobble when i walked and not being able to fit into my favourite clothes anymore was motivation enough for me. If you don't alter your bad habits -eating chocolate in the night - you will gradually puff out bigger and bigger until it will be very difficult and way more challenging & exhausting to lose it and reverse the damage. If you're happy to get just bigger, keep doing what you're doing = nothing. But now would be the time to make little changes or you may well regret it :)



To motivate myself I often look for a upcoming event that I will be attending to motivate me.. Like a wedding or something like that. I also take a picture of myself with my shirt off. That could get u motivated.



It's not that you can't it's that you can't be bothered. Either bother or be fat.
