Is my Exercise program good?!

Question: Is my Exercise program good?
So I've started an exercise program. This contains 10 Minute running, 100 Push ups (5 sets - slow and steady)
200 Repeats Abs of different abs exercises and 40 open Pull ups for my back. I also eat healthy.

Is this exercises good? Also suggest more exercises that I can do at home or outside without buying anything.

Answers:

Yeah I did stuff like that. Continue doing it. You'll stay strong and healthy.

But...if your goal is to become a very MUSCULAR person you're going to need to buy a barbell and do squats, deadlifts, benchpresses, over head presses, barbell curls, weighted pull ups, and bentover rows.

experience

Sure. Not gonna do much in terms of getting you built or losing weight, but hey whatever keeps you active.

I suggest stair stepping, SPRINTING up-hill, mountain-climbers, down-down-up-ups (start in push up position, drop one arm to the elbow and then after that the other arm to the elbow. Then, lift one arm back up to push up position and then the other arm to the push up position. Works delts and obliques)

Up the running gradually. if you can only last 10 minutes then fine, but up the ante when you feel like you can do more.

Tip: Work out with music and in exercise gear.

yes,,,but you need to make sure you eat the right foods too..that is very important.

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.

(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)

your mostly doing cardio.. which is great if u want weight loss..
u can also skip jump rope

but in terms of conditioning exercises..... u would need more weight resistance..
