For An Ex : OneDay I Only Ate Dinner The Whole Day ! ' One Plate , The Whole Day . My Goal For This Summer Is To Not Eat So I Can Lose Weight ' ? So Is There A Better Way I Could Be Doing This " Not Eating Alot Thing '' Lol ! Please Help !

That's a horrible diet....

Why not eat two meals... Breakfast and lunch, make sure you eat fruits as snacks in-case you get hungry... When the time is 6 pm... DO NOT EAT! 6 will be your time limit for food....
No snacks, sweets, chocolate or sugary treats....

Your diet is not that good, but can help to lose weight. So your diet must be,

BREAKFAST:
CEREAL WITH MILK AND 2 GLASSES OF WATER; CHEESE WAFFLES, AND PINEAPPLE JUICE, FRESH; FRENCH BREAD, WITH PEANUT BUTTER

LUNCH:
AUTUMN SALAD, WITHOUT RICE (eat non-cholesterol on lunch)

DINNER:
BEEF STEAK (not pork), WITH RICE (brown rice will lessen blood sugar); BROCCOLI OR CAULIFLOWER (it can help to block cancer cells)

TIPS IN EXERCISING:

Jog in your Subdivision with a friend, or bring an iPad. Bring water.



if you stop eating or not eat enough you won't really lose weight. you'll just stay at your current weight or lose weight very slowly and get real sick. eating 5 to 6 small healthy meals with exercise will help you lose weight quicker and healthier.
