Losing weight is hard...especially when you love to snack! Any suggestions?!

Question: Losing weight is hard...especially when you love to snack! Any suggestions?
Im trying to lose weight and I exerciise everyday but my problem is my snacking on sweets during the day and eating 2 servings of food at dinner time. My mom told me if I just eat half of everything and keep exercising, I should lose weight. But what if I'm still hungry after only eating half of everything? Please, I could really use all the help and advice I can get. Any ideas or suggestions to help with these cravings?

Answers:

Try doing what your mom said about cutting the size of everything you eat in half. Only eat one serving at dinner and once you finish your one serving, hurry up and go brush your teeth with minty toothpaste to kill the chance of eating a second serving.

Also, for snacking, chew gum when you get hungry for a snack -- that's what I'm doing right now. :) And sometimes when you're hungry for a snack, go get a banana or an apple or some other fruit.

Try to make sure you walk or run for at least 30 minutes EVERY DAY for 5-6 days a week (Sunday you rest).

Maybe allow yourself like one candy bar or ONE sweet thing you like one day of the week, BUT only if you did good the other days of the week. Maybe knowing a reward awaits you if you do good the rest of the week will help motivate you. :)

Hope this helps!

Well I recommend you to crave healthier foods rather than consume sugar enriched foods. For instance since you cravings consists of sweets which get converted into fat for energy, crave vegetables and eat a larger portion of that because they are low in calories and flavorful. Implied this will stimulate weight loss, also eating frequent meals every 2-3 hours is sensible to rev your metabolism/keep it steady. All the best :)

Frankly speaking, (not willing to be pervert), I would say love one guy or if u like many guys), the calories will vanish! You will really never worry and enjoy eating even more without problem. Wish you good health.

When I crave something sweet..I eat a pickle or a couple of green olives and it actually satisfies the sweet craving that I have. I am not sure why it works but it does.
