Question: What's the best way to lose belly fat?
I'm only 15 so I can't go on a diet I have to eat why my dad buys but how can I lose belly fat without buying anything. Btw imnot fat I just have tummy fat I wanna lose

I understand how hard it is to lose weight. I've been dieting for a long time and it was really rough on me knowing that I work so hard and can't lose weight. I found out a few years ago that I have a disease called Hypoglycemia. It has the same exact symptoms as diabetes, but is actually the polar opposite of diabetes. It's where my blood sugar drops to dangerously low levels and I can go into a coma. The only way to keep this under control is to constantly eat.

Eating all day has made it difficult for me to lose weight, but there's ways around it.

Here's what I can tell you.

Walk. If you walk for at least one hour non stop every day, you will see a dramatic change in your body and weight in as little as a month. It has to be non stop walking. So if you're close to a lake, or a school, just WALK around the track for an hour. You don't have to run. Take it easy on yourself.

Eat small but frequent meals. This has been working for me. I eat 6 times a day, and all of my food is organic, and healthy.

Eat until you're satisfied, don't stuff yourself till you're full.

Do NOT eat after 6:00 PM. Do the best you can on this. The good news, is that you can virtually eat like a pig all day, but if you stop eating after 6:00 PM you will still lose weight!

Do yoga. It is relaxing, stretches out your muscles, improves balance and core, and meditates your mind.

Drink DISTILLED water. Not tap water. Or if you have a refrigerator with a water spout go ahead and use that.

If you slip up, don't feel guilty about it. It will stress you out and potentially make you gain more weight.

You can do this. Don't be too hard on yourself, set reachable goals, and take it one day at a time.

changing your diet to only healthy foods is the best thing you can do and will ensure you will lose weight if combine with walking everyday especially.

you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)



the best thing to do is exercise. like for at least thirty minutes a day. do like sit ups and stuff. @ school, try to eat salads and stuff instead of fatty, greasy foods. & while your home, eat half of what you would normally eat. for instance, if your daddy fixes spaghetti, corn, green beans, & toast. eat half of the spaghetti you normally would eat. & same with the corn, green beans or whatever else your dad fixes. & if you normally eat 2 bread sticks, eat only one. minimize your portions. you might feel a little hungry after your meals, but your body will get use to it, ii Promise. this worked for me sweetie.

you cant spot reduce fat...you just have to reduce your weight...when you loose wieght it comes off from all over your body...you have to loose enough of it to see the difference...hope this hepls you



Reduce your portion sizes. If you have to eat what someone else is making for you at least you can still control how much you eat.
