Question: Is my weight healthy for my size?
im just wandering if this is healthy
I am only just 13
i weigh 6.5-7 stone
i am 4 feet 10 inches

i dont know what that is in pounds, For a 13-year-old there is no 'average' weight because weight is related to height and body composition, rather than age. :) Just eat healthy and exercise :)

I think you are. But, BMI isn't that trustworthy. See, BMI (Body Mass Index) only takes into consideration your height and weight. However, it doesn't consider your bone structure, or your fat and muscle tissues .



If your comfortable and confident with the way you look, that's what really matters. Please don't pay much attention to what the scale says. Muscle weighs more then fat. Plus your beautiful no matter what your weight is!!!
