Question: Can you give me a good diet plan?
Hey so im 14 and im quite tall like 5'7 and i weight like 10 stone (i know im fat) i dont actually look chubby or fat but i've got broard shoulders but i'm quite curvy i have c cup boobs im a size ten but im trying to get rid of fat on my legs and stomach can you give me some advice on good food and exercies for me plz thanks btw i live in england x

If you think as a diet you will be frustrated, think as a new plan.
Secrets that I have experienced:

1- Eat with your mind not with your appetite, as whatever you will have to eat decide that I am going to eat this much, one plate no refill.

2- Drink lots of Water

3- Stop soda ( pepsi or cola) you can have one drop just to satisfie yourself, french fries, ( if you can't get rid of you may count them like having 4) chocolate, chips, pizza, carbs and all that tasty stuff :( should stay out, you may have a slice of pizza or a bite of a chocolate, remember about number one controlling portions, eating with you mind will kill your appetite!

4- eat vegetables, lot of vegetables and fruits as snacks

5- use staires instead of elevators, go walking to places avoid car ( if possible), stay always ready to do things move, go to parties and dance, walk the dog etc...

6- Watch movies of actors you like and get exemples.

7- If you don't like to go to the gym, buy home dvds for workouts, I used to work on Cindy Crowfard's Next Challenge workout, it was amazing!

8- Set a day off and eat whatever you want on that day.

9- If you ruin your diet from time to time it's ok don't give up and continue! And always imagine yourslef what will you do after losing weight, how do you want to look, wear, do, and feel happy and confident!
