Did I eat good today?!

Question: Did I eat good today?
Breakfast-small bowl of frosted flakes w/ whole milk
Lunch-few bites of baked chicken with and orange and a few grapes
For dinner- poppy seed chicken, limas, noodles

Answers:

Yes that's pretty good but you can't have the same meals everyday so try to mix it up but still eat good

I think you know the answer. You are starving yourself. Do you know what happens when you starve yourself? You lose fat and muscle.. then your body gets so desperate that it begins to attack your organs for food..

Not to mention, your metabolism slows down majorly. Today you can eat 500 cals a day and still lose weight, next week you can only eat 300 and get away with it.. The numbers keep going down as your health deteriorates.

Or worse, you turn into a savage because you get so hungry that you go on a binge/starve frenzy! Please stop doing this for everyone who loves you. You will end up ill. You can be thin and still eat food. Yes, FOOD! Omg doesn't food sound good to you right now?

I've been losing weight on this (I won't call it a diet) lifestyle change. Say you are allowing yourself 1000 calories a day only. The first month you lose 15 pounds, the next you lose 7, then your body gets used to it and adjusts your metabolism. Your body KNOWS it will only get those 1000 cals a day so you eventually stop losing weight and you have to resort to something even more drastic.

Well, this lifestyle change shows you how to trick your body into not being able to adjust. Right now my body can't adjust to one set number because I have tricked it. Maybe you should read this.

And for the love of Pete, go eat something.

Not enough! You especially need more for lunch and breakfast.
