Answers:

kk if ur serious about this then the first thing u MUST do is find ur basal metabolic rate (bmr)--this is the number of calories u burn everyday without doing anything (u can check this online), then add about 1 hour of cardio/resistance training 5-7 days a week. On average a woman of your age/height and weight will have a bmr of about 1800 calories, so you can essentially lose weight without exercising as long as you keep ur calorie intake below this number....but it would be a much slower process, so with the added hour of exercise everyday, your total calorie expenditure for the day should be roughly between 2500-2800, so if u can keep ur intake at 2000 cals everyday then you will lose roughly 1lbs to 1.6lbs every week. So with this plan, in 120 days you should be able to lose anywhere from 20-28lbs. Of course you can speed up the process by putting yourself in a bigger calorie deficit, but if you exercise every day for an hour, then going below 1500 calories would be detrimental to your health and your body might go into starvation mode (which would prevent fat loss and promote muscle loss). So if you take in 1500 calories a day, then in 120 days you can lose about 40-42lbs (if you workout and eat as planned). But like I said, 1500 calories per day is pretty low so you might feel very weak for the first few days, but eventually your body will adapt. Also, make sure you are taking in protein with every meal...this will help you maintain as much lean mass while burning fat, furthermore, stay away from sugary foods and simple carbs....stick to the whole grain stuff! you must also start to eat 5-8 smaller meals a day instead of the usual 3 big meals....this will keep ur metabolism high and prevent you from getting stuffed. Make sure you are doing some kind of resistance training (push-ups, pull-ups etc) and not just cardio so that your body doesnt burn muscle, this way....you'll have a more toned body instead of a skinny and out of shape one. As far as a workout plan goes, just go to youtube, there are tons of videos demonstrating workout routines and training methods...look up HIIT (high intensity interval training), this does wonders for fat loss and toning! Lastly, keep in mind that weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint! I can guarantee that you will wake up one day, look in the mirror and feel like you havent lost a single pound....but lemme tell you that we`ve all been there, not giving up is what seperates the winners from the losers! just believe in your ability and never give in!

I hate to give you my personal insight/ opinion because as a stranger, you may not trust it. I know of fitness programs on the below listed site that take you through a detailed 90 day+ "fit life" The guide will go over exercise, diet, and motivation to keep you going. I have been using it as well for just under 60 days and i've seen great results ( I exercise atleast 4 days a week and eat rite) check out the site, click on the tab that says "for women" Good luck and remember that beach season is apon us (hope that motivates you)

the HCG DIET is a good one try it

google: hcg diet

1. Eat about 6 small complete meals throughout the day (fish, almonds, walnuts, and lean proteins in general, plenty of raw fruits and vegetables, and complex multigrain carbohydrates) spaced out about every 2-3 hours. Consume between 1500-2500 calories a day.
2. Do NOT starve yourself, do NOT binge eat.
3. Be as active as you can; nothing to do for 10 minutes? Knock out 10 push-ups.
4. Eat some spicy foods; take a decent amount of vitamin C, and drink between a half-gallon and a whole gallon of WATER a day. Avoid anything deep-fried, white bread, sprinkles, and any refined sugar.
5. No more soda. Ever.
6. If you do drink coffee, drink it black.
7. Do at least 35 minutes of cardio straight at least once a day, at least three times a week, more if you are not trying to put on muscle.
8. Do a large amount of full body exercises whenever possible (Jumping Jacks, Pull-ups, Chin ups, dips, squats, hanging leg raises, hanging knee raises, back raises, glute ham raises, burpees)
9. Get at least 6 hours of sleep a night, but no more than 9.
10. Here is the most important part: STICK TO IT!

You can feel free to email me with any questions or comments.

eat about 800 to 1,00 calories a day
drink lots of herbal tea or water
eat many low-calorie meals throughout the day (every 3 hours or so)
for example, a good breakfast with lots of protein (try vegan kielbasa- bran is Tofurky, it sounds weird but is delicious, it is made out of soy beans and it has 26 grams of protein and only 240 calories!!!!). then a couple laters have an orange...couple hours later, a salad. couple hours later...some wheat bread with a low cal topping...etc!!!!
and exercise for at least 30 mins a day, but aim for about an hour.
you should also get adult miltivitamins and take 1 or 2 a day to make sure you get enough vitamins & minerals and arent tired....
and get proper sleep!!! at least 7 hours!!

good luck!!!!

also, to motivate yourself, it helps to start a tumblr account and follow people with weight loss or thinspo blogs. then you can post your daily calorie intake/exercise and that accountability may work well for you. it does for me :)
