what are some ways to lose your belly fat in 3 weeks? please help. excercises, food, diet supplements.

p90x/insanity are good ways to lose weight however if you want to get your weight down without spending the 150 p90x costs, there's only one serious option. As a wrestler I sometimes have to lose as much as 20 pounds in a week to make weight (No joke) How I do this? Well just so you know I was miserable the whole workout but I only had to exercise for 1-2 hours a day and I ate pretty much what I wanted. what I did was I did cardio workouts wearing sweat pants, 3 shirts, 2 sweatshirt, a winter parka, and a facemask. Ignore the people that tel you this method is unsafe and that you only burn off water weight. Heat also more effective literally melts off fat and after your workout and you weight yourself you could literally be around 10 pounds lighter. Do some stuff like running around, jump rope, anything to make you sweat. What I suggest and what I personally do is this cardio workout.

this method of losing weight is honestly insane and will make you miserable I promise you you will hate his workout but love the results. Honestly it's just how bad you want it. And if you think about it, this is easier than trying all those other things that won't work than just doing this first.

Cardio, cardio, cardio.
Try taking an aerobics class at your local gym.
Running will get rid of any fat you have.
Run, and take aerobics classes if you really want to kick fat loss into high gear.
Stay away from starchy carbs.
Get your carbs from fruits, veggies and whole grains.
Don't drink sugary drinks, just drink water and green tea.
Keep your caloric range around 1,300-1,600.
And drink lots of water!
