Question: Weight question for 10 points!?
Okay so this is sort of a weird question...but, I was wondering if there is any way that I can get a tiny waist and flat stomach but get bigger legs?

Dance. Dancing slims, and strengthens the core, as well as working muscles in the legs. Therefore, it is likely that you would end up with that tiny waist, thicker legs ratio. Try Zumba classes, most gyms have them.



run or power walk. squats, lunges. leg press.
