Question: So far, have i eaten good today?
breakfast:
2 pieces double fiber bread (100)
2tbsp salted butter (200)
1 glass vitamind d milk (150)
1 mango (100?)
1 fried egg (100?)
-650

snacks:
1 organic apple (100?)
1 glass of vitamin d milk (150)
1 cup ice cream of some sort (200)
-450

overall total- 1100

i know that like i didn't have any skim products, but my family doesn't believe in skim or low fat for dairy things. we shop for taste, not health (my dad's dad, and my dad grew up on a farm, where they always had fresh cow and goats milk. anything low fat or skim is unacceptable in our household) ^.^ tonight i'm having some baked rosemary chicken[lean] thing though, so that's not all im eating today :D :D :D im not allowed to choose what i eat, which sucks, so i just pretty much eat what my mom dumps on my plate :p if not i have to eat double :o

anyways, im just wondering because it's just starting to occur to me that i probably eat a lot more dairy than other kids my age :s like all my friends are low fat, skim, and etc. but im just like..not D: i feel left out ahaha xD so how do you think i ate so far today?

p.s. im 5'5 and about 100 pounds, i used to be 106 but then i moved to the US (half asian, used to live in asia)

aside from the bread i'd say yes. try to avoid eating grains and sugars as much as you can. a little ice cream once in a while is ok too.
