Question: Help? i need to lose weight!?
I'm 15, 5'7, and 156 lbs. I exercise 14 hours a week, on two bball teams, and a figure skating team. Recently i've been asked up to the senior bball teams, where all the girls are older, prettier, and skinner, and we always have team partys & hang out together and i dont feel like i fit in. I'm not fat, im just kinda toned, and i have a bit of flab in some areas but still i'd like to lose it! I would like to lose weight around the stomach, inner thighs, and my cavs are HUGE cause of stupid muscle. What can i do to lose the weight, because i dont have time for anymore exercise? If i stopped eating fries & drinking pepsi would that help?

Yes, not eating the fries and pepsi would be a good start. However, I bet some of those girls wish they the muscles you did. Muscles are great and you shouldn't feel bad because you are toned. Being toned is so wonderful and has so many great health benefits. So keep doing what you are doing, eat healthy foods though, and don't be embarrassed about yourself because there are probably some girls who see you and are embarrassed about themselves.



Yes, not eating fries and drinking pepsi will definitely help. You seem to have the activity part down, which is great. But you are relatively bigger b/c your diet is poor. Unless you're Lance Armstrong or Michael Phelps working out for 6 hours a day, you won't burn enough calories due to bad eating.

Simply clean up your diet and you should see results.



That is not big! My best friend is 5'4, and she's 151 pounds girl...

Run on the tread mail, or go out for sports at school, you could also get a pass to the gym...

Make sure your eating healthy as well, that makes a HUGE impact on how much you weigh!
