Would playing Just Dance 2 for a few minutes a day help me stay fit?!


Question: Would playing Just Dance 2 for a few minutes a day help me stay fit?
It's not that I NEED to be fit. In all honesty, I'm underweight. But, I do have some breathing/heath problems. Though, I do hear cardiovascular work-outs tend to make the heart and lung muscles stronger. I figured that would help as long as I don't over do it.

I was thinking of doing the "Just Sweat" portion of the game. Only 3 dances a day at least. And then I'll go onto 5. And when I feel ready, I'll do 8 a day. Do you think this will really help my health?

It will help - certainly.

But to get real results you need to elevate your heartbeat to an appropriate level - 220 Beats Per Minute (BPM) minus your age for more than 20 minutes. So if you are 20 years old, 200 BPM for 20 minutes.



Just Sweat is a great way to stay in shape!
