Question: How to get it??? (easy 10 points!)?
Ok, I am a female, and I have been working hard on my stomach. I do 200-300 crunches a night and i know for sure i have at least a 2 pack. I'm going for a six pack but I don't know what else to do besides crunches. I can't go to the gym often because my dad won't take me. What are some other exercises that will tone the lower part of my stomach??

it's also a magazine and they have a lot of good tips. and i'd use a search engine since you'll get a lot more answers and a lot quicker if you do that.
