Question: Question on how to lose 20 pounds before july?
I havve a treadmill which I've been using for 40 min aday how many weeks will it take for me to lose 10 pounds if I run for 40 min a day.and also what should my calorie intake per day be? Thanks.

it depends what your ideal weight is. usually you take your ideal weight and multiply that by ten and it should be around there.
for you to really effectively lose weight, you need to control your diet too. that means NO junk food, not too many carbs, and avoiding fatty red meats.
you should try to drink one glass of water before you eat so you feel full and eat less. also eat a lot of veges and use fruits to replace unhealthy sweets.
A healthy amount of weight to lose every month is about 1.5-2 lbs. that should be around 11 weeks which means that you'll accomplish this around the end of june ish.
i hope you do well and keep up using the treadmill. you could also add some cardio and yoga in there as well. good luck! :)

There's this awesome app on the iPhone/ iPod called lose it! The picture is a little orange scale. There you can enter your height,age, and weight and it determines your caloric intake. Plus you set a goal weight! So you put in all the food you eat and exercises you did and it calculates for you! I do it everyday and I already lost 10 pounds! The best part is that the app is free :) hope I helped!
