Question: I recently started working out what whey protein should i start off with?
im trying to gain weight and build muscle.

100% whey protein. look up which proteins shakes contrain led, mercury and stuff like that.those would be that bad proteins you dont want your body to consume

to gain weight, muscle. you have to lift heavy weights. you will spend most of the time resting than working out. keep in mind protein is just food, its not some magical drink that will help you gain muscle quick. proper diet and a proper workout is the best way to gain. scooby1961 look him up on youtube he speaks the truth and its totally free. unless you want vince del monte workouts and pay for it.
