get some of your favorite music. Also I recommend 1MR, after you take you will have to be active because you will be hyper as f*ck. And set a schedule, start out slow and gradually let it build into a habit. Working out becomes so much easier after you do consistently. Plus, take a friend with you and both be accountable for each other.
