Question: Dear Fitness freaks. Will this workout routine Help me lose weight, i want to lose about 10kg.?
this morning when i woke up i went on the excercise bike for about 8minutes, only enough to rev me up, wake me up, and make me sweat, i had a shower, had a bowl of nutrigrain cerial. than i went back on the excercise bike, for average 80+ RPM, for 30minutes.
if i do 30minutes, 80+ RPM, *roughly 24+km an hour* every time i eat *lunch breakfast, dinner* for 20-30minutes. and buy an mp3 , and do a jog / walk combination for about an hour, at around 6pm of night time? every day, except for weekends.
and on thursday friday, i have this new job, where there are 20kg boxes, stacked up on a pallet, and i have to store them, if i take them off quickly, and walk quickly, store it, breaking a sweat *its okay, the person i work with is family, your meant to work this hard* get it all done, than i get to go home, it takes about 2 - 3hours to do, so im assuming at the most, at a common pace, maybe 6calories per minute? its alot of lifting , walking, and pulling (of a trolley).
than i go home, get on the excercise bike for 20minutes.
*because that is my warm up, it gets me pumped for excercise, and thats when i do a jog / walk *by jog / walk. i mean, jog at a decent pace, till i get puffed *out of air* walk, until im comfortable with jogging again* which i used to do before my town had a big flood *i put on 8kg since then cause i was into running, the flood made me stop, and i got out of it, only now im back into it*

now i don't eat too much! i eat a bowl of cereal each morning *no sugar* and at lunch i would eat 2 white bread sandwiches *4 slices of bread* with butter, vegimite, and 4 slices of cheese *2 on each*
and for dinner i can have a steak, with veggies. *carrot, corn, peas.* and i am willing to replace, lunch with, one sandwich, and a bannana, and maybe an apple? or something like that, or snack on apples through the day, for that little extra calories to keep it healthy.


is this good for weight loss?

You may want to add some more protein to lunch and breakfast. Also, maybe you could get some multi-grain bread.
In a study published in the 4 Hour Body, people feed a diet of only 1000 calories a day. Extremely low. The people that were eating mostly carbohydrates still GAINED weight. So, remember that if you can add some fruit and vegetables instead of bread you will lose more weight.
You seem to be doing plenty of exercise. I didn't see that you were doing any extra weight baring exercises. These will add in the weight loss and you will look better with some muscle tone.

Sounds good man really! keep it up. SKIM MILK AND WATER and you'll see alot more weight come off i didn't even exercise and all i did was drink water and cut out sugary drinks and i lost 10 lbs in 2 months i swear
